The owners
Seta is led by two people who have built, run and sold companies of their own. They know what it takes to make payroll, keep the books clean and run a business day to day.
Owner
David founded Crawl Space Brothers and grew it from a startup into one of the fastest-growing foundation and crawl space companies in the Southeast, before selling it to a private-equity-backed strategic acquirer. He has met the payroll, run the trucks and sat on the seller’s side of the closing table.
Owner
Aaron has founded, operated and exited three companies across the blue-collar trades and hospitality. He brings an operator’s view of the business: what it actually produces, what it takes to run well, and what the owner actually keeps.
